Finally, please note that 365 Tales allows adult content. All adult stories should be marked with the category tag “Adult”; however, if you are under eighteen or live in an area where viewing adult content may be illegal, you proceed at your own risk.

If you submit stories to 365 Tales, separate terms apply; see the Submission Guidelines for details. Please note that 365 Tales only asks for non-exclusive electronic publication rights; ownership of original characters, ideas, and the story itself remain with the creator.
